Since the beginning, our goal has been to make sure every effort is exerted to quickly deliver your important legal documents. All FEDs are attempted within 12 hours of receipt from the courthouse. Small geographic areas of responsibility allow our 12 appointed process servers to make multiple daily attempts and achieve an unmatched speed and delivery ratio.
Prior to returning any paper as not served, we skip trace your paper using a variety of sources and you are contacted for any additional information or instructions. When service is successfully completed, you are notified by fax (daily batch report). Once a week you will receive an invoice by mail recapping the week's activities and charges. You will also have the ability to access your documents on-line to check the status.
After judgment, Garnishment Express, LLC (our sister company) not only delivers your garnishments quickly, but also reports the answers received by General Sessions Court by fax. Our comprehensive administrative support services also include preparing "Orders To Turn Over Funds" on bank garnishments, as well as appearing before a judge to have them signed, at no extra charge.
