In November 1991, Bob Chastain started Alias Subpoena LLC with his last $100 and a beat-up pickup truck. With a simple business plan of “doing the best he could” and a keen “attention to detail”, the business flourished. Fortunately, Kim Chastain (his wife) was very computer capable and created programs to keep track of the rapidly growing volume of work.
“Going the extra mile” is the foundation of our continuing success. We pioneered the idea of providing the garnishment answers to our clients (our sister company Garnishment Express LLC). We also skip trace problem papers at no additional charge.
With 12 full time court appointed process servers and five support staff members, we are the largest agency in the region. Small geographic areas of responsibility allow our process servers to provide faster and more dependable results. Our support staff is available for processing papers, research, filing, etc.
